Just as advertised. We drove to Lexington from Cincinnati with new and used cars hard to find due to COVID, so we were grateful the car was as advertised. ? Our salesman was new, only starting in the previous month. He was helpful looking to colleagues for the difficult questions we asked about the ...electric BMW we’d come to see. We ultimately left happy with a fully charged car that made it home to Cincinnati. It was clean and operating well. I’m hopeful I’ll drive it for many years. Show more

Just bought my fourth car from Don Jacobs (the first was in 1999). The staff has always been helpful in finding what I'm looking for (new or used) and have never pressured me to buy when I'm not ready. This time I worked with Mr. Petron and I recommend you ask for him when you stop in.

I made an inquiry on Sunday morning before church and the salesman called me within five minutes! He said he would look into the car I was inquiring about and we could touch base on Monday. Monday morning came and I got a personalized video of the car made that morning on the lot. The salesman showe...d me what he looked like and spoke to me by name answering my previous day's questions. Show more
